	- a data structure containing all necessary info on params
	- true CTCP and DCC stuff
	- 'last seen' info
	- add parameters to IDIOT, REFUSE
	- add more personality
	- finish the manual
	- get rid of PING-based time-events
	- improve war-mode:
		+ mass op & de-op
	- kick if IRCNAME just one word
	- add INFO command for latest modifications
	- add stress parameters to configuration
	- change most of the stuff into parameters
	- use multiple servers in sequence to stay 'on the air'
	- add a command for ppl to get in through bans
	- add IRCNAME special chars as parameter
	- add option to ignore cmds from channel msgs
	- when ban protection is on, keep also expire times
	- add DECK for "full deck players"
	- change HELP/cmd priviledges
	- keep time stamps on REHASH
	- handle nick/channel temporarily unavailable situations
	- send replies and react on command even under stress for BOT_MASTERs
	- changing log file name online should also update file handle
	- proper server switch
	- proper removal of bans
